We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact page.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: opened software, items marked as final sale, and products showing signs of physical damage caused by the customer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will exchange it at no additional cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
Warranty
All Tredruns cameras come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
How to Claim Warranty
To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photos or video evidence before processing your claim.
